Commission Terms & ConditionsPlease read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing your order. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the terms set by the artist.I. Artist's Rights & Style
- The artist will only draw in their established art style.
- The artist reserves the right to decline any commission for any reason.II. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide clear references or detailed instructions.
- Clients must be 18 years or older to access NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content.
- If you are NOT 18 years or older, you must NOT attempt to access NSFW content.III. Payment & FinancialsPayment Structure:
- A 50% upfront payment is required to begin the commission.
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the artwork.
- Clients have the option to pay in full upfront.
- The payment is through PayPal, Kofi for USD and G-Cash for PesosDeposit Security: If the agreement is not met by the client (e.g., failure to pay the remaining balance), the artist will retain the 50% deposit as a security measure (to prevent scammers).No Refunds/Cancellations: Once work has begun, there are no cancellations or refunds.IV. Commission Process & Delivery
- Work Commencement: The artist will begin working on the artwork only after receiving the initial payment.Turnaround Time:
- Drawing time can range from 3 days to 1 week.
- The artist will charge extra fee for rush orders.
- More complex artworks or unforeseen circumstances (such as emergencies or important events in the artist's schedule) may extend the completion time up to 1 month.
- The artist will charge extra for rush orders.
- Delays due to client unresponsiveness might extend the turnaround time.Progress Updates: The artist will keep you updated on the commission's progress through the following:
1. Sketch
2. Line Art
3. Base Colors
4. Final workRevisions:
- A maximum of three revisions are included.
- Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur extra charges.Delivery Method: Completed commissions will be sent via Gmail.Communication Channels: Preferred modes of communication are Discord, Messenger, or Twitter.V. Intellectual Property & Usage RightsCopyright Ownership: The artist retains all copyrights to the commissioned artwork.Client Usage:
- Clients are granted a license to use the artwork for personal use.
- If the client intends to use the artwork for commercial purposes, they may do so, provided proper credit and attribution to the artist is clearly given.Artist Usage: The artist reserves the right to use the commissioned artwork for portfolio display, social media promotion, and other self-promotional purposes. The artist will typically wait until the client has received and approved the artwork before publicly posting it.V. NSFW Content Disclaimer
